Holiday Inn Express & Suites Amarillo West by IHG

Great place to stay plus the EV charge was convenient for us.

You would think with the technology that exists in the world, hotels would build better sound barriers between floors. We could hear every single step the room above us was taking. They weren't stomping, these were normal steps and they were loud enough to keep me up at night. This is a shame as everything else was perfect.

We had a nice sized room with a comfortable King bed. Quiet hotel with very nice amenities. TV in the bathroom was a plus. We’ll be back

The only thing that I would suggest…the area for pets to potty had stickers and my dog would not go there once she got stuck.

Nice hotel

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and the check-in went smoothly. Our room was exactly what we expected except the toilet had some problem and you had to take the back off in order to make it stop running.

Breakfast didnt get room sevice the first night snoring person next to me for 3 nights, staff would not relocate us to a different. snorer was next door all 3 nights. dirty elevator floor, mud and grease no credit or compensation for the bad experience - parking was a problem

Very clean, and well maintained Hotel. The breakfast was really good. The coffee maker that ground the beans first was top shelf.
