I was charged for $45/night for VIP parking, and I have the receipts and the stubs, yet I still received two $55 parking tickets from the lot management. I will not be revisiting this property.

Beautiful, clean, modern rooms. Restaurant on site was excellent and not too expensive. Free coffee here, not in room. 24 hour gym & pool. Front desk staff was exceptional! Loved it! Will return if I stay in Tampa again!

Restaraunt and bar had outstanding food and drinks! Great ambiance throughout the hotel. Rooms very comfortable and well done. Great location.. Loved the champagne and macaroons upon arrival. Valet efficient and friendly. Will definitely be back. This is my to go to Hotel in Tampa!

The employees were very nice. There is an unpleasant smell until you get to room. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately I won’t return here.

High ceilings, complimentary mimosas, amazing breakfast, superb staff! A little pricey but I think it was due to all the simultaneous events occurring during my stay on the weekend of April 24th.

Fantastic! Everything was clean. The location was perfect for getting to Raymond James Stadium. Everyone from the valet to the custodians were polite.

Great hotel location, just a 10–15 minute walk to the riverwalk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with very high ceilings. An extra bed was provided for a small additional fee. None
