Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Downtown

Checking in was very easy. Anastasia was very helpful even offered coupons for things to do in the area.

This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Tampa and walking distance to many of the local eateries. The room are tidy and clean smelling.

I had booked the hotel off of their pictures and expected a hot tub and to my surprise once I got there, they didn’t have one on the property.

My only issue was parking was $40 a day. Too expensive.

The evening Reception staff was very professional and welcoming, as were the Valet and the Barista and the staff cleaning the pool!!

Front desk was amazing. Came in for a convention and as a first timer in Tampa the front desk worker was amazing and helped me out greatly with things to do and where to go.

Loved it but noisy road outside at night.

Came to visit the University of Tampa with my daughter and selected this location because it was close. Hotel was clean and staff always greeted us when we came through the door. Rooms were clean!

I was able to check in early. The room was well appointed and the staff were hospitable.

Only option for parking was Valet and a Lot across the street you had to have an app and pay for. However you are in downtown!

Hotel is in downtown area so valet parking is best but sometimes there was no one at the podium. Confusing when first arrive as not sure where to park. Coffee shop in lobby closes at 10:30a even though I may need coffee all day.

The lighting in the sink area, where my wife was trying to get ready to go out on the town was dark in that area.no TV guidefor the television . put some sunscreen onstaff was very nice and helpful

Upon arrival the room was clean and tidy did not have any problems with getting extra towels or another needed for the room. The staff was very nice . The valet parking was good it did not take long to get car coming from inside hotel or coming back to get car parked. Everyone was nice and professional. It was very pleasant and quiet at this property.

I didn’t sleep a wink. The outside noise and the neighbors kids parting was a real bad way to disappoint our once and a blue moon get away.
