The room was clean and comfortable, although the carpet was a little worn. The buffet was okay; good variety. Coffee was tasty

Comfortable and clean bed. Breakfast was terrible. Staff was helpful. Air conditioner in suites is in the living area, so separate bedroom is quite warm. Probably not return to this hotel.

Looking forward to stay at this hotel, however while checking in we found out we had to pay 16.00 each night for parking. It was never noted when we booked the hotel. The food was not the greatest, same breakfast everyday. Diced potato’s were cold. Only had milk, coffee to drink. No juice or water. They only clean your room once a week. If you run out of items you have to ask for more, however the phone in the room did not work.

The rooms were not cleaned and the second bed was not set up. We could see bed stains on the mattress and bugs as well. All they had for breakfast was bagels and there was barely any. Overall did not feel clean.

Our room on the 4th level had no screens for the window and the sliding door had a broken/missing handle making the door impossible to lock. The shower also had mold in it.

Staff very quick and nice Nothing for breakfast and it was only 8:20am and breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9am

Booked a room with balcony only to find out the one we had was inaccessible. The fan in the restroom didn’t work and/or didn’t have one. One of the sinks had a drain plug that was stuck down. Ac worked blew cold, window opened but no screen so some bugs came flying in. Room was spacious though! Kitchen came fairly stocked with cooking equipment (pots pans etc)

There was 1 plate in the kitchen, and have to ask the front desk for them.

When asking for food advice nearby the associate told me to go to 7/11. The associate gave me a room key to a room that was still occupied. The associate followed up by giving me another room key to a room where the cabinets were swung wide open, pots and pans were strewed across the counter, bed sheets were missing, and pillow sheets were missing.

We booked through third party and we had a pull out bed and when we arrived we didn't have a pull out bed. We only had a desk and chair and sofa chair. To get a room like we booked it would be an extra $100+ a night. Then when we arrived at our room it was completely dirty. We were booked a room that was not ready and they had to change us rooms. They also charge for parking and a pet fee. The rooms need a deep cleaning. Not worth what we paid.

The fact that it’s closer to work Everything. It needs renovation or sound proofing rooms being so close to airport. They don’t refill the bath soaps or anything diligently. Not as clean as it should be.

Over all nice stay But out reception was not inviting or welcoming. There was leftover food in our refrigerator and our bed felt like it was broken in the middle.
