Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel

Got the end unit on the 2nd floor. Departures out of SFO went right overhead the building. I could hear every international departure even wearing ear plugs. The bed was comfortable but, the pillows were small. The shower was adequate, however, the bathroom was small. The room rug was dirty. The table for the chair was broken; the hydraulic piston for raising and lowering the chair was stuck in the down position. The lounge chair in the room was shabby and dirty. Rather unimpressive for 250.00.

The staff were friendly, rooms were nice. Breakfast had variety to choose from.

It was clean and nice place for shirt stay. It was little noisy.

Awesome experience. My family and I would stay here again, and I will let my friends and families know!! Thank you!!!

Waited At SFO For The Airport Shuttle For Over An Hour. Room Was In Poor Condition. The Hotel Is At The End Of A Runway at SFO. Very Loud AirCrafts Taking Off Thru The Night.

East access hotel while in SF either having a flight to SFO or has faniky gathering nearby tge bay area.

The free shuttle from the airport and back to the airport was amazing I would stay again just sir that ! Also the breakfast was incredible Loads of choice and bot too. One other airport hotel we stayed at just left out muffins in packers ! Our room Smelt a little damp and like vomit but as were tired we couldn’t be bothered to raise it as it was just a one night stay

There’s smell in the room and floor is not vaccuum even the AC area

Everything was great only thing I could fault was a leaky tap on the bath Leaky tap while in the shower

Great location for the South San Francisco Convention Center. The employees were very welcoming and gracious. The linens were clean. It was very run down and uncomfortable. Some of furniture in our room was literally falling apart and sticky. The coffee table legs were loose and it was leaning quite a bit. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and if near the edge you’d feel like you were going to roll off it. Our kid’s room’s toilet seat was covered with fresh urine drops upon their arrival. Fortunately we travel with Clorox wipes but ewww.
