The Inn at Saint Mary's

Under renovation. The room was lovely but the construction barriers were not great.

Staff is very friendly, mainly, the drivers from the van. The hotel was in maintenance. In additon the gym could be improved and more cleaned.

Place was great but I wish the renovations were done.

Literally stayed just overnight and departed very early, Hotel was very clean, under renovations but not an issue for short stay. Room was very nice

The room and breakfast were perfect. We all had a great sleep in the cleaning room and the breakfast was great. When I booked, the renovations should have been done. The plastic hanging overhead at the elevators was daunting. The staff, room and breakfast was outstanding.

Ashley at the front desk is the BEST. She is very helpful and friendly. The whole staff were very friendly and made us and our furbabies feel very welcome and we had a great stay. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Unfortunately the lobby is under construction so it was a bit of a crazy mess at check-in. Rooms were already renovated which was great. Clean beautiful and bright. Cleaning staff is wonderful. Very cramped and crowded in the breakfast area. My one big complaint was that there is one washing machine and one dryer for the ENTIRE hotel and they were OUT OF ORDER! Also you have to open an app to pay to use the washer and dryer—-Seriously?? What do older folks do that don’t have phones? We were here for a hockey camp so we really needed to do laundry. I asked the young lady at the front desk and she said sorry. I asked if we could use the laundry facilities at the Hilton next door and she said sorry out of order too. One would think the hotel could help in some way. Maybe have some on campus suggestions or at least someone at the front desk with some knowledge of the area and how to problem solve. Sometimes it’s the little things that make all the difference.

We had no idea they were under construction. That should have been told to us or we should have received a discount of some sort.

I was greeted when I walked in. Everyone was nice. They stated that they were remodeling, which was fine, sine you did not hear them. Breakfast was great and the room was really clean. The entrance was in the back because if the remodel, but that did not matter. I did not see anything I disliked.

Location Bed was too firm

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Very clean property and room. A lot of remodeling being done but it did not hinder our stay. The only downside, was the in room refrigerator did not work.

Room was clean and convenient to the hospital

I was VERY disappointed and sad to see that the property was under construction for an update when we checked in. I was glad to receive an updated room-- but was disappointed in not being able to use the vaulted lobby and beautiful, spotlighted bar area pictured in the hotel information page. I do NOT recall "under construction" being mentioned in the information prior to booking. Honestly, I chose this place over a "chain" because of the beautiful lobby and bar. I was looking forward to enjoying a drink in the lovely facility. The breakfast was good- many choices, we were satisfied with the offerings. I can see that the hotel will be Very nice with the update and I totally understand updating in the summer before all the activities of campus life and football games; BUT I strongly feel misled without the construction information informed/told to me before booking this hotel. If I had known, I ABSOLUTELY would have picked the cheaper chain hotel. I look forward to revisiting the Inn at St. Mary's in the fall when the refurbishment is complete.
