Excellent night staff.

The room was very big and very clean! Great amenities in the bathroom. Super pretty lobby and restaurant!

We love staying at this hotel when flying out of RIC. It’s very convenient with the shuttle service! Benjamin, the bar tender and server is amazing.

The cold water for the sink was not working.

There was a sitting area. Bed was comfy. The sink was separate from the toilet and shower. Staff was friendly. The cold water for the sink was not working.

Hi My reservation wasn’t available when I arrived , as a result they had to downgrade me because there were sold out . They could have not overbooked .

I love how spacious the rooms are. My children and I usually stay there overnight when visiting family in Richmond. I’m disappointed with the extra fees during our stay. Paying an additional $10 per night for parking after already spending $196 for a one-night stay feels excessive. On top of that, there’s also a charge for a later checkout. While we’ve always loved staying at this hotel, the rising room rates and added costs have made it difficult to justify returning. Unfortunately, we’ll likely look for other places to stay when visiting Richmond in the future.

Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect.

Arrived 11:30pm left next morning at 9:00. Clean rooms; pleasant and helpful front desk staff
