I enjoyed my stay room was clean great breakfast food

This was the first of a 4 hotel vacation and by far the best. The staff, especially Hadley at front desk and one of the "intern" managers for the restaurant (from Switzerland... sorry didn't get her name) were most helpful. Went to see Phantom at Orpheum and Hadley at desk provided useful tips. The room was roomy and very clean. Our only criticism was that the bathroom lacked a fan or it was non-functional. We ate several times and the food was quite good. Recommend without reservation!

Very amazing staff and great atmosphere would love to go again!

Although expensive, our room was nice and very comfortable! I have never had such great sleep, as I did at this hotel! Valet was nice and bell desk was wonderful! Room service food, was a 3. Vegan burger was wet, fries were cold. The margherita pizza was burnt and not edible. All in all the $1G that I spent for the weekend was worth it.

I love this hotel. Always stay here when I need a weekend away. Staff is friendly, very clean also Bought a charger from the little shop that didn’t work. I wish they included breakfast.

Well located in San Francisco. While I thought it was a little pricey for what you get, the $20 credit per day for food was definitely nice

The pool is great to swim laps in and get a nice work out. The hot tub water level was visibly low and jets maybe needed some maintenance. The room was very nice with a sweet view of the bay. The automatic blinds were very handy. The pillows and blanket were all down, which can be nice but it is preferential. Overall, I'm considering this to be a nice home base hotel to stay when I'm visiting the city.

I also paid extra for a room with a view, but the view was very disappointing and not what I expected. The food and drinks were quite expensive and unfortunately not very good. The check-in experience was frustrating as I had difficulty understanding the staff member assisting me, and I wasn't given clear information about the hotel amenities or where things were located. Overall, the service and value did not meet my expectations. I won't be staying here again and I cannot recommend it to others.
