The towels were very old and with a yellowish color. Many homeless people practically at the door of the hotel. Everything else was fine.

Absolutely beautiful property! Loved the pool area. Food and drinks were fantastic.

A bit tired and some facilites are shut. Protest (due to poor working conditions and no health insurance) by hotel staff outside our hotel at 6:30am was not the wake up call we ordered.

Just a great hotel and staff, rooms be pillows just a little too fluffy for me though.

Stayed 1 night on the 17th floor. No problems, bed was comfy. Clean room. Coffee in the morning lobby was nice. The only thing is Experian/ booking .com/ etc say there is parking. There is no parking. You need to go online and find a public garage nearby. We use "Spothero" to find parking, and it was 1.5 blocks around the corner. We unloaded our stuff at the hotel. Drove a nice garage, self-parking cost me around $45 for a 24-hour stay.
