Nice place
-
The first tower that they placed us in smelled like absolute weed throughout the entire floor.
-
Room and restroom was pretty clean, we did have issues with the A/C unit kept turning on the heat although we had it for cold.
-
Beautiful hotel. It is right next to the tenderloin of SF so be aware the surrounding area is not great but the hotel is great.
-
Awesome hotel. I only had an issue with the mini fridge and the ice machine on my floor that was not working, but they took care of it within a couple of hours.
-
Heated pool and hot tub was great!
-
Good location and parking was easy and at a reasonable price.
-
The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely attentive to our needs. My husband is handicap and they were great. We go to San Francisco every year when the Cubs play there. This will be our go to hotel from now on.

I loved that I stayed there
-
Great place to stay in Union Square. Lobby bar is fun.
-
The room was clean and the staff were very nice. Having a little grab and go shop at the bottom was very convenient. The water pressure in the shower was like a pressure washer but other than that it was a pleasant stay
-
Luggage Staff was extremely helpful. Check-in Staff that helped me could be more friendly to encourage customers to come back. Overall stay was okay to good.
-
Super fun, beautiful room with upgrade to balcony. Great stay

The room was fine. Issue was finding parking in that area- we were told the garage isn’t full, went in and out of the garage 3 times trying to find a spot, spending a total of 2 hours! That neighborhood is NOT safe and was very uncomfortable for females to be driving around for that long, so we eventually valeted. The garage is extremely tight and very difficult to navigate, and they eventually put up the garage full sign to stop people from searching for spots. That really ruined our experience.
