It's a nice location and easy to access. Lobby was clean and inviting. The check-in staff were really nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The queen beds we requested were not queen size but full size, however, they were comfortable. The walls seem a bit thin as we could hear the next room quite easily as well as the hallway noise.

Got charged over $100 for another individual's bar bill which they were so persistent was not a mistake. Never received an apology for the insane lack of customer service.

I’ve been here a few times now, and it’s my preferred location for a stay in San Francisco. It’s clean, friendly, easy to get to, and the rooms are so comfortable where every room has a nice view. The bathroom does not have ventilation so it was a little uncomfortable to shower without the bathroom getting too hot to tolerate.
