Very nice and helpful staff! Impressed with how nice the lobby and the room looked. Confy bed, amazing shower! Many luxury touches, view from the room was great, location was perfect, supper close to the pier and the train station! They even let me check in 3 hours early at no charge!!! Will def stay here again! Very impressed!

For those sweet old ladies to say time to go re.inds me how pathetic you and your people are. Im not like you at all the difference between u and I is your seriously embarrassing yourself so bad that I even keep you in my prayers. Hope the best you can't beat the chosen one.

Rooms are very small but clean and comfortable. All staff were great. Price and location made it a good choice for us.

This is an older building . But the rooms were nice and location was amazing . We enjoyed our stay

Nice coffee machine in lobby

It was a good experience, rooms are small but me and my partner didn’t mind so much we went out for a birthday weekend. However if you are a night sweater I believe the property has the temperature on a lock set I was trying everything to make it colder in our room but when I would drop the temperature it never went down and stayed neutral. Also when we were trying to watch our show on the TV it kept kicking us off after awhile multiple times. We did call the front desk and they mentioned something about updates and even offered to come up and take a look, I did love that they answered super late at night but politely declined the offer and just called it a night lol. Overall it was a good experience just not sure id book again, there is also a parking garage a block away they will tell you where if you ask.

Decent location and staff was superb. Dirty. Bed looked clean from what I saw but the carpet had a disgusting stain on it. The shower, I even contemplated showering cause the shower floor looked so grimy. Maybe that’s my fault, I should invest into some type of shower sandal when I travel.

Nice hotel near to BART station and Embarcadero. People at the front desk are nice and very helpful. Always stay there when visiting San Francisco.

Great location, affordable, lovely staff, clean rooms! The rooms are small, but if you’re used to that it’s no problem. Just can be a bit tight with two and suitcases.

Staff were lovely and the location was good as I had meetings close by The hotel is very tired and needs a complete overhaul. The bedroom furniture was dark and old and everything needs replacing
