Excellent stay. Great hotel and great service. Very satisfied and will be staying there again.

Valet staff were cold and unwelcoming. Everyone else was very nice. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Views are amazing and ability to walk to Seaport Village and the Gaslamp district are why we chose this spot. We bought a special Horizon package that we were told included valet service but we were charged $75 a night for it so we are disputing that
