Great location. Entire hotel was clean and orderly. Staff all went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was close to a lot of places so I was able to just walk everywhere instead of getting Uber. I do wished my room had a bathroom fan and microwave or fridge so I wasn’t able to save any of my leftovers when I ate out. Other than those issues, I would still book here again.

It was a great hotel. Very clean and centrally located. The issue I ran into was that my AC in my room wasn’t working even after calling and having the maintenance engineer come to “fix it”. I really wish this wasn’t the case as it was a great hotel, but unfortunately with the AC issue, I wasn’t able to sleep during my stay.

Clean room and amenities. As an Intercontinental is supposed to be. The location is convenient but it is not in the most commercial/crowded part of the river walk. That can be good if you want more calm vs the Hyatt or the Westin. Parking location in the next block for US$30/night + taxes

It’s beautiful, beds were comfortable, place was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. There’s no free parking. $120 for parking for only two nights, is pretty expensive.

The bar was ok but they laid about the bar in the pool area was close all my stay there
