Great place only thing was the lack of hot water. I hardly got any

Carpets need cleaning throughout, shower valve needs to be replaced, overall clean the place up!

Carpet in hallway was all stained at least on the 4th floor some areas it was wet enough that I could make a small splash with my shoe Bathroom doors don’t give any privacy not broken but poor design Hotel staff was great super friendly!!!! Elevator was very questionable lol almost didn’t feel safe and second one was broken and out of order Over all wouldn’t stay again at this location

The central location was good. Our room wasn’t clean & the shower had no hot water. While we were at the front desk asking ti be moved to another room, a guest came to tell them the handle to the shower came off in his hand. Our second room was better, but this location is in disrepair. Would not recommend.

Got to the location after driving 3 hours and was told our reservation was canceled

There was no hot water in the bathroom. Everything else was great.

Make sure they have hot water The staff should have informed us there was no hot water so all weekend I had to take a cold shower and I didnt appreciate that at all and then the staff said they been having issues so if you knew this then you should have given the customers a option to remain or get another hotel else where, I got a email saying they understood my concern but no compensation

The front desk staff is great, Cheyenne and Javiar that work in evenings and nights are exceptionally awesome front desk staff. Bar staff is exceptional. We like that they have security on grounds. The overall management of this property is not good at all! No maintenance, over worked staff, non working equipment and communication. It's like they abandoned this hotel and it's staff. Staff are great. It's the company or management that has seemed to just not care. It was my birthday. I tried to make the best of it. Property needs an overhaul to run smoothly and it would be a great place. Great location... However....Get it together Aloft.

The location, the rooms, and facilities. The room did not have a do not disturb sign, so while we were gone house keeping came in to clean. They happen to have grabbed one of our bags with unopen items just bought from the store and mistakened it for trash, which we found out when coming back and preparing for check out the next morning. The front desk took the time to search the trash but they stated they were unable to find anything which we find very odd. We were told "sorry" and that was all, we were expecting to be compensated for the mistake but now are out that money and necessities..

Great hotel. Very clean I was there for 2 days and had no problems. Great Price too.

The style of the King room was nice, however the shower wish it had a stool or something to conveniently shave legs lol. Environment was nice only glitches are no complimentary breakfast which I was aware of and the ELEVATOR ran slow.

Staff were great. Room was clean. Would def recommend.

The place is clean and safe and that's great. The staff is nice, but the finishes and carpets in the rooms and some of the hallways show some where and tear and aging. The only thing that really ruined this visit was the pool was out of service. Apparently they were retiling it so it was empty. I specifically picked this hotel because of the pool, so that was upsetting.

Airport shuttle was very convenient.. Room was tidy, but smaller than expected. TV also seemed a little undersized for the wall it was featured on. One of the elevators was broken and the other operated very slowly. Stairs were not as easily accessible and they sent you outside. Would have just used stairs if there were some near the elevator.
