Staff was very friendly. Property was neat and well maintained. Room was nice. We will be back when we come back to UC Davis, only minutes away.

Additionally, the room next to ours had around 12 people staying in it. They were extremely loud throughout our stay, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the hotel. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and noise issues negatively affected our experience.

You get what you pay for, sometimes. I've stayed at a Surestay before and this did not live up to my expectations. If you need ice at night, too bad, because it's in the lobby which is closed. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Wet scrambled eggs and link sausages every day. The only positive thing i could say about this hotel is that I checked out. Housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning the rooms. The air-conditioner was covered in small nats, and there was mold in the bathroom. And they definitely don't check the soap levels because the conditioner and body wash were both empty.

Love the fast check in, breakfast was pretty good. The Ac didn’t work the best so room was a bit hot, I requested a pull out and that wasn’t offered Oo brought.

Excellent customer service by Monica at front desk, and Perla at the breakfast buffet. Full continental breakfast, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy parking in front of my room.
