Location was perfect. Room was clean and quiet. Great breakfast options
-
The location was close to our event and close to the freeway When we arrived there was no staff to check us in we had to wait for about 10 minutes before someone one from housekeeping saw us and went to get the attention of someone from the back.

I didn’t like it how they did not have automatic room service you had to request it, which they did not say that after I woke up and came back to my room ,the room was not cleaned up
-
Overall the property was great with nice amenities. But breakfast choices were a little limited.

The woman that we spoke to when our flight was delayed was amazing and same thing with the check in attendant. But....the rest ws

My initial contact at check-in with the representative was exceptional. I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. There was an issue with the suite I'd booked and paid for months in advance, which wasn't available for occupancy upon my arrival due to an unforseen event. The facility manager PROMPTLY rectified the issue to the point that I was extremely pleased. Throughout my stay, I had the opportunity to meet additional representatives at the front desk who were also very pleasant, along with the housekeeping staff. The facility curb appeal is very nice and well kept this transitions to the inside, which is very clean. I felt safe. The hotel is close to many shopping and eateries options, which was also a plus for my stay. I will most definitely be returning. My overall experience was exceptional!!!!

The hotel runs government assistance program and hosting very interesting unhygenic clientele, which wondering the corridors and seats in the lobby, that you will not usually expect.

The property was in excellent condition, the staff were helpful. However, the area is surrounded by homeless which made my family (pregnant wife and two toddlers) feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. Despite cleanliness of location and attentive staff, we won’t be staying there again due to safety concerns in surrounding areas.

The breakfast and staff were fantastic and friendly

Upon entering my initial room, I encountered unsanitary conditions, including a wet carpet around the bed, visible hair in and around the bathtub, and hair on multiple towels. Due to these conditions, I was required to move rooms. I was then moved to another room that was not fully prepared and missing items, and then moved again after being told the room had been cleaned. However, the room still was not properly sanitized, including the bathroom and soap dishes, and I had to clean portions of the room myself in order to use it. During these repeated room changes, I was not provided assistance with my belongings, despite being told help would be available. As a disabled guest who was assigned a handicap-accessible room, this lack of support is concerning and unacceptable. Due to these issues, I was operating on approximately four hours of sleep and still had to attend work-related meetings. The physical strain from moving between rooms and cleaning the space myself contributed to a decline in my condition, and I ultimately had to seek medical care during my trip. Additionally, during breakfast service, the plates provided were visibly dirty. When this was brought to staff’s attention, I was told they had come directly from the dishwasher, yet they were clearly not clean. Due to sanitation concerns, I was unable to eat. While staff did provide small gestures such as water

The room was clean and spacious and my husband was really impressed with the workout room!

Amazing

The greeting from the minute we walked in through the doors, great customer service, spacious room/kitchenette, also the locations was perfect, near the freeway, Costco and food places within walking distance. My husband loved that there was a fitness center and my kids enjoyed the pool. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus, because we had came up to Sacramento for a rugby tournament and the fact that we were able to get breakfast in before the games helped fuel us up. Thank you to everyone that works there in all the different departments, they have made our stay a memorable one. I would usually have something to say in this area, but I can't because everything turned out well.

The property was in a great location, very clean, large rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. 5 Stars all the way! Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve stayed at hundreds!! I loved everything!

It was very clean. Breakfast was delightful. Pretty easy to find the rooms I booked. I didn’t like that I booked my rooms for a weekend online and I was still charged by the staff for a deposit of $245 even though my booking stated that all I needed was to check in and receive key. I asked for room service to tidy up one of 3 rooms that I booked and was never taken care of, just towels at midnight.

Very nice looking suite and room but noisy, people in room above had kids running around for hours and as we lay in bed, we could hear someone snoring in the room adjacent to ours.

The staff are friendly, efficient and attentive, and the maintenance crew were right on the small issue we had. A towel bar came off the shower wall and within less than an hour of reporting it, on a Sunday, it was reinstalled. The kitchen staff are so friendly (special shout out to Vi), that when I was taking our luggage to the car one of the kitchen staff was taking out the trash, and literally thanked me for staying with them and asked how I liked the food. This is the second time since Sept of 2025 that we've stayed. Will we be back? Most definitely. Overall-- It's clean and comfortable and the staff are very service-oriented. It's in a great location and close to the places that mattered to us. (PS- Costco and Starbucks are walking distance in the next parking lot over!)

I liked the customer service and the cleanliness. There is a highway by the hotel, but it quiets down around 10pm. Our room was comfortable and large. The parking is well lit. They let us park our car there for the day even after we checked out. Exceptional service. Thank you!
