The Rose Chicago, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Location is great. The staff wonderful and helpful. Some features of the room, however, were a bit problematic. One of the light features in the air conditioning would hit the wall and create a persistent noise. If you’re a light sleeper it may wake you up throughout the night. The other issue we had was the hot water in the bathroom randomly stopped in the morning. The hotel staff got maintenance to fix it by the end of the day, but it was an annoyance. We understand it was a random issue, and we appreciate the staff helping us.

We loved the shuttle that took us anywhere we wanted to go within three miles. The place was very clean and all the employees were more than helpful.

Huge shout out to The Rose Hotel in Rosemont for making us feel so special during our wedding weekend! We arrived in our bride and groom attire and the staff cheered for us as we walked in, which was such a fun and memorable moment. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was great too. Thank you for helping make our celebration even more special!

Staff excellent when handling issue of hotel bus failing to pick us up. Alessandro was very polite and dealt with issue well. Failure of bus uplift.

The room was clean, Spartan, and close to the airport. The shuttle made it worthwhile. It is not luxurious, but it serves his purpose well.
