Great location walking distance to everything. The hotel does show a lot of wear.

Water flooded the bathroom when we took a shower and the response from staff was ‘yeah, sometimes that happens’.

I travel a lot, for business and pleasure. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The man that checked us in on Friday June 19th at 3pm was rude. No eye contact, did not ask how many keys we needed, did not direct us to the elevators, zero customer service. The bathroom mirror in our room was broken and dirty, the lights over the bed did not work, we had 2 towels 1 of them was stained, and the body wash in the shower was empty. We were in room 215 and our neighbors woke us up on the 1st night at 1am slamming doors, smoking in their room, yelling at the top of their lungs, and I mean YELLING. They kept us awake until almost 4am. The 2nd night the same thing, woke us up at 2:45am so we packed up and left. I will never stay at the hotel again. Horrible.

The room was clean and quiet for being so close to O’Hare. Staff was friendly and accommodating I’ve found aloft to be on the modern side from a design perspective and this facility did not disappoint.

Long term parking available.

Excellent stay. Pets do stay free, but they limit you to the first floor. Walking distance to restaurants and a venue that sometimes has live music (pets are NOT allowed there). Only inconvenience was the parking situation - you park in a garage (attached to the hotel via skywalk) for the shopping area and the hotel validates your parking tickets for a daily fee.

Close to the airport and in a great entertainment district Restaurant should be open for longer hours for those coming in late in the evening

There’s no free breakfast everything in the make shift kitchen was over priced the shower has no shelves in it and I had to keep opening the shower door to access my toiletries!! The refrigerator was in the bathroom area under a table and the door jammed to the freezer I was offered another one with no freezer and that fridge wasn’t cold! The mattress on the bed was sliding around the wooden pallet it sits on! The pillows were worn out and flat! My stay was decent, probably won’t rebook this hotel!

Toilet sat way too low. Bedside lights didn’t work. Long way to park car need valet for that.
