Very nice and elegant for the price.

Clean and friendly people

We had a minor inconvenience that Amanda was able to rectify. She was very kind and professional. What a great employee. Our first room had an odor. We thought it was smoke but the hotel is non-smoking. Could be that a pet had been in the room. Not sure, but Amanda was able to quickly change our room.

N/A I needed lo leave early to get to an event. I am entitled to concierge breakfast. Regretfully, I didn't have time to go there. My only concern as a physician is that the fluorescent lights surrounding the mirror in the bathroom over the sink were almost so blinding and potentially dangerous. After I left the bathroom where these lights border the mirror, I could still see an imprint of the border lights for about 20-30 seconds in my eyes. I felt this may have been the same as looking directly at the sun and may cause serious eye damage. After that, I did not put the bathroom light on, but use the lights in the hallway for my guidance.

Exceptional

A truly wonderful stay. The property is well-maintained and clean, with modern rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds (the variety of pillows was a great touch!). The 7th-floor lounge was a highlight, made even better by the attentive staff who truly made us feel welcome. I loved the location—tucked away in a quiet, wooded area but still offering easy access to downtown. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was as was expected. Only regrets my stay was too short.

Everything was great. From entrance, lobby, room etc. My only complaint is that I got there at 4:35pm (check in at 4). My room was not ready and was told 45 minutes to an hour wait. I called at 5:20pm and got me a new room. Me and my fiancé was in town for Wiz Broadway show, so it could’ve been a let down if it was not corrected. Still 5/5 exceptional hotel!

overpriced. bad experience at check-in where they lost my reservation and I had to wait. toilet ran loudly all night.Tried to checkout and waited for someone to come to the front desk but no one was working.

This facility/brand has, since purchased by Marriott, become less comfortable, less upscale for the price point. Rooms are bland. Bathrooms..toilets almost on the floor so low. Low end soaps, and toilet tissue/kleenex rough. TV remote not working often and too tech interactive with no instructions. See above. Also lamps are quirky and not easy to find switches. Rooms like a monestary and quite small. Robes only available at check-in. Wierd. Only one water...usually two.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and very helpful with suggestions as to where to go in Richmond. And the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

I always love staying at this Westin. Friendly staff, cleans and quiet rooms, great restaurant. Loved it all Super easy parking too
