The staff were very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. They assisted with an early check-in and provided information about the many activities and areas to visit. The room was extremely clean and well maintained! The housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful as well! Loved our stay here and will definitely return!

Very nice and clean room. Beds were a bit soft but overall good stay.

HORRIBLE COFFEE AT BREAKFAST. HORRIBLE. WEAK LIGHT BROWN WATER DISGUISED AS COFFEE. PUT 1Tsp OF HALF AND HALF and turned the coffee pure white. TERRIBLE COFFEE IN ROOM AS WELL. NO BLACK OR CAFFEINATED TEA AT BREAKFAST JUST HERBAL. NO BLACK OR CAFFEINATED TEA IN ROOM AS WELL. I WAS TOLD THE HOTEL HAD COMPLETELY RUN OUT. REALLY???? Had to go to Starbucks and pay 8bucks. NOT ACCEPTABLE. ESPECIALLY FOR A HYATT. SHOUDA GONE TO MOTEL 6.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The weekend we were here though, only one of two elevators was working. Friendly staff at check in.
