SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Reno Airport

Elevator was broken…what else. Was told the 3rd floor had a history of flood/water damage, they thought it was fixed!? Was told we were going to get a refund via expedia, followed the process but was told that hotel management refused the refund. The clerk Yami was helpful and management called in AM to confirm we were getting a refund through expedia but nope! Wife called 3 more times after denial only to be ghosted. Ive rented hundreds of rooms in my lifetime and this was by far the worst experience!

Had to call multiple times to get shuttle pick up. Drop off went smoothly, and that was way more important. Room was clean and comfortable

Close to airport, but construction is horrible.

Great location and very friendly ans helpful staff. Property was clean and contained 2 dining options. Free shuttle to airport as well.

Absolutely love this place. The grounds are beautifully mature, the parking lot conveniently wraps around the property, 3 floors with elevators and stairs always a short walk, 24 hr front desk with snack room, staff is friendly and helpful, and the spinach paneer at Lemon and Lime is the best I’ve ever had.

Comfortable rooms. Nice staff.

Large hotel that is pet friendly. Room was adequate.

Only complaint I had was as that the toilet was too low.

Ended up switching hotels because the mattresses had bugs

I usually stay at the Aloft or the Hyatt, but this is just as accessible and quite a bit cheaper. The shuttle leaves on call, so you’re not waiting for it

I feel it should be ok to leave the dog alone in a pet carrier, safe and contained.

Been staying at this hotel for 5 years and may not be back. While the rooms are clean, and shuttle service is good, the bar and restaurant have really gone downhill, the waitress/bartender spent more time sitting down and watching her phone then attending to guests and the music was way too loud. Very much a bummer compared to the several years of visits.

Location to the airport was great. Almost walkable. Shuttle driver was great. Our room appeared to be recently remodeled but quality of workmanship was poor. Disappointed the restaurant was closed on Mondays.

Convenient location for those who are flying in or out of Reno. It is not a newer hotel, but is well maintained. Its worth for what you pay.

Place is old & still smells like cigarettes, worst best western I’ve stayed at, your better off a motel 6.

The convenience and location of the hotel for our needs. Staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was great. Nothing really- all good.:)
