Old facility. Rooms are clean. Convenient location near Airport. Staff very helpful

Shower and sink both had leaks and every time we would turn it on water would spray everywhere. Not coming from the head of the sink or shower coming from a pipe. Paper towel holder was stripped from the wall wouldn’t even hold toilet paper on it. Someone else hair in the shower. Some nasty substance on the shower curtain. Told someone at the front desk and the person that brought tiles and they wanted to fix it at 11 o’clock at night when we just got back from the baseball field and needed to sleep. No one ever came to the room to clean. Burn marks on our bedding. Fridge was dirty. Charged us for our room and authorized another 260.00 that is still being held even though we checked out!!!!! We have payed double for

The A/C did not work in the room. We were told there was nothing they could do, so we slept miserably because it was so hot. The pull out mattress was so old that you could feel each of the individual springs pressing into your back and there was a live huge moth sitting on the bathroom counter when we arrived in the room.

The room was "somewhat" decent, the property needs major work. It was an uncomfortable feeling with some of the people there, didn't know if they were guests or not, I didn't feel very safe.

Location The pool wasn’t open. Was not notified. Toilet paper holder was broken out the wall, room was gross, had to clean the room myself, asked the front desk for more towels they told me to go “find a cleaning lady” could not find one. Amenities were horrible. Due to the dates was our only option. Will not stay there again. Very unhappy.

Externally it's shabby, but my room was updated and clean. Pool was out of service, TV wouldn't work, and coffee maker needed a filter holder. I will find a different hotel for my next trip.

Room was full of ants and when we asked to be moved rooms they did not accommodate us. Instead they gave us a spray to kill the ants ourselves

at the kiosk the guy checking me in virtually tried to charge me an xtra 60 dollars. When asked about the cost he couldn’t give me a straight answer. And we went back and forth until I was able to pull up Expedia receipt, at which point he just took the xtra charge off and ignored my question about why he was trying to charge me more in the first place. Fast forward to my room. Immediately when I open the door I see that BOTH beds have huge stains on the bedding. I take one step in and can feel dust and sand under my feet, I can hear with every step the scratching on the floor from the layer of dirt on the floor. I look over and see that the mirror is dirty and practically falling off the wall. At this point I step back out and go immediately to the front office. Once I get there the guy upfront tries to tell me the room is clean, and the stains are permanent so there is not much he can do… to this reponse immediately request a refund which he denies, as according to him the room is clean… mind you I have a full video of me entering the room… he then tried to give me another room, which was also dirty and with coffee stains on the walls and food under the desk. This place should not pass health inspection!

Rooms smelled like pot. Had to get 1 room switched. Pool was not in service.

Room was clean, Staff was very nice and helpful, air conditioning was good and so was parking.

How close it was to the airport Didn't like not having an actual person at the front desk. Didn't really care for the whole virtual thing
