Other than some stains on the carpet, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was luke warm which was not ideal when in the 90's; however, it was bearable and did cool one off when got out.

I love this place. Great for gaming and/or just a spa day. Restaurants were awesome as well.

Getting to the north tower was ridiculous. It was like a maze, on one occasion we had to ask somebody how to get back to the main lobby. When we used the skywalk as recommended by the front desk, we got to a level of the hotel where we then had to drag our suitcases up six or seven steps to get to an elevator to then go down one story! The building had a latent smoke smell, as did our room. The bed was comfortable. The room itself was nicely appointed though a bit cramped versus the rooms in the rest of the Peppermill. The room came with a tub shower, again not our preference. Going forward, we will always request any area other than the north tower

Chi restaurant has great food and excellent staff. The bartenders selection of General Beef was wonderful.

We had a room overlooking the pools, which are pretty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I enjoyed the pool time, which are heated.
