TownePlace Suites by Marriott® Orlando Near Universal

I had a great stay here. The only thing is I did expect my room to be refreshed more than once, and it wasn’t, and I stayed for 6 nights. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful, and the location was great.

Everything here exceeded my expectations, including the price! My top floor suite was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom with the walk-in glass shower was huge. Every amenity you could think of was conveniently provided starting with a separate en-suite dining area to the full size kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee, dishes and silverware. They even provided full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles for you to use in the shower. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the poolside bar and guest laundry area were also welcome bonuses. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I travel.

Property was in a well placed area. Plenty to do in the area and the staff was very helpful, breakfast was very good and selection was great. Overall very happy.

Exceptional

We appreciated the Early check in , the location is perfect, a very short drive to Universal Studios theme park , the room was fairly large and with very good views of Orlando.

EVERYTHING The only weird thing was the sofa bed but I’m convinced I didn’t know how to use it lol

Clean. Loved breakfast. The design of the building was beautiful. Friendly service and very accommodating. Paying separate for parking took a long time for me to check in. They also did not understand that because I had already paid way in advance that my credit card declined for incidentals that they kept trying to charge . It made me feel frustrated and embarrassed.
