The room was perfect for our stay!

Then once we left they wanted us to pay to have it shipped back to us. Rooms were spacious. But the staff didn’t seem like they cared much.

Clean room, spacious. Hot tub and pool so clean. They also offer fresh bake cookies around 6pm-7pm.

We enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was clean and had plenty room. Having a washer to wash clothes was handy and had everything we needed for our few days in Orlando.

Nice and comfortable stay. Its my second time here and will be back again soon. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Its a home away from home. From the front desk to the security on the premise were outstanding.

Great location when visiting Universal Studios. Room was great for our family of 6. We rented a 2bd, and the unit had 3 full bathrooms which was great for when everyone was getting ready to go to the parks. The price was also very reasonable.

Postives- a fantastic base for accessing Universal parks via Uber. Spacious room. Great pool and gym- all well kept. Accomodation was very well equipped. Washing machine and tumble dryer available in studios. Premium outlets and restaurants in walking distance. We would happily return and recommend this location (once action has been taken to refund the $75 we were overcharged).

Location was about an 11 minute drive to Epic Universe! A small resort, but peaceful. Parking is $15 per day. Loved our stay as always. Will definitely be back!

This hotel was equivalent to staying in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Fully equipped and even had a washer and dryer. Clean, very comfortable, roomy…1200 sq ft. Offered nightly movies outside by the pool. Complimentary snacks in the afternoon and evening. Staff was polite and lovely.

We loved our stay. The room was clean upon arrival. The facilities are clean and well taken care of. Guests service was very nice and accurate. Located close to shopping, malls and a fun attractions park. Within a short driving distance from Universal Parks. The room was big and the parking was free. The room was located in a second floor I wish they had an elevator since one person in my group has difficulty with stairs Other than thst everything was great.
