Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport

Everything was great minus one issue. Ordered drinks for the bar, and pulled out my card. They told me no and asked my room number; so we thought we would just be charged by the card on file at our room. Next thing we know we are getting multiple phone calls to our room at 8:30 at night. Had little children we were trying to put to bed. So was upset about that. Otherwise everything was great.

The staff was amazing and was Johnny on the spot for every request regarding assistance. Very clean and well-grown hotel inside as well as out pay parking was very convenient by barcode I would definitely recommend to Sheridan hotel of Orlando Airport.

Very comfortable accommodation

I love everything about this hotel stay ! Only thing they should upgrade is a laundry room…..

They picked me up from the airport at 230 am. Breakfast was average.

My room smelled like mold but besides that it was nice friendly staff

Room was very clean. Housekeeping was excellent.

They charge me two times the parking fee

Poor service from staff, parking fee is $25.

Dirty and outdated

Large rooms, a lot of room amenities, breakfast buffet, restaurant and happy hour specials. The staff were helpful and friendly. Close to the airport with free shuttle.

The room was spacious

The bartender Omar was absolutely wonderful! Food was great. Our room was wonderful. We only stayed 1 night but if we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay again

Room was mostly clean need to get dust from under the sofa bed. Walls thin because kids being loud at night. Some of the rooms need maintenance. The microwave has a lock so think it ate your food, ha ha. The room set up was absolutely wonderful! Pool view recommended. Shuttle drivers Ez and Jeffrey full of life and energy they were Absolutely fantastic. I would stay here again with my kids/family.

Beds were old and uncomfortably worn out. Pillows as well. Our shower was broken, and could only be turned on halfway. The hotel itself is very loud for an airport hotel, from the windows to the hallways to the doors. Rooms are large but I would take half the size for a comfortable bed and updated washroom.

Cleaness everywhere nice and helpful staff

The entire building was phonemonally clean and the staff service was impeccable. We received nothing but courtesy our entire stay. This will be our go-to stay in Orlando from now on.

When I got into the room, I was surprised that they would have such awful furniture in the living room. The sofa had stains all over it, and it was tearing at the seams and bleach spots on it. Other conditions of the room were poor, including baseboards that were popping loose with old yellow caulking. I was not a fan and will not stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here one night before our cruise and one night after our cruise. The service is amazing and the hotel is very clean. Our flight got delayed coming home and the hotel accommodated us with no problem. We travel often and great customer service is our top priority. I highly recommend the Sheraton. The staff are extremely pleasant.
