Front desk helped us with noisy AC - broken motor. They moved us immediately to another room and covered our parking for the trouble.

Honestly, I've never been to a hotel where they charge you $40 for daily parking, and I hadn't paid $80 for breakfast for two adults and a child either, anyway I think next time I'll look for another hotel, and it's not so much what they charge is that it's not the perfect hotel for them to charge everything separately without warning

The room was comfortable. We weren't given enough towels and wash cloths. The staff didn't seem friendly.

This hotel is awesome, and it is very spacious. Have several elevators. I liked that it was very close to the MCO airport. Pools were great and they were opened until late hours. Our room had a beautiful view and it was very comfortable. Having an empty minifridge in the bedroom was great because I could buy food and/or snacks for my son. Staff was very kind and helpful. Having an airport shuttle from/to the airport was a plus. N/A

Very nice and clean hotel. I was very impressed, especially with the staff who were absolutely outstanding. From the desk team members to the breakfast helper, lobby lady, and gracious shuttle driver. Our stay was a 10/10.
