The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. The resort is beautiful, and the amenities were great!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. I needed to switch rooms due to some construction noise, and they were very helpful. Rooms were very nice, and pool area was well-manicured. It would be nice it the pool bar opened before 11:00, but nice staff. I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast buffet was huge!

Very nice hotel. Property inside room needs to be updated. Bathtub is old. Pealing paint on bases of doors. But it's a big hotel. Lots of rooms. But it was good in price and amenities were great.

I wish the shaded balcony wasn't smoking. And that smoking was further from main doors. Hard to find a salt shaker to use for POTS symptoms

Always a great place to stay. Pool and bar service are always spot on. Lots of dining options inside the hotel. We have stayed here several times on our way to the cruise port, for cheer competitions, general travel through the area. They have always been courteous and very clean. Lots of space in this hotel so you are not on top of one another.

This hotel is top notch. Aside from the high parking fee, it’s the perfect stay. The staff members were friendly, the restaurants on site are delicious, the market was convenient and room service was time efficient and reasonably priced. I will definitely stay again.

I love my room, the boutique suite, the glass shower door and also the bathtub. I also had a wonderful view looking at the pool. I enjoyed the pool in the Jacuzzi just a relaxing vacation. I stayed there at least once a month so beautiful I highly recommend this beautiful resort.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was extremely clean, service every day, incredibly comfortable bedding. The pool area was well maintained with bar service coming to the pool. I could not believe what an incredible stay for the money. I will definitely be back.
