Very clean, spacious and close to everything me and my kids loved it and we just booked it again for Easter weekend! ❤️ Check out should be at 11 instead of 10! Lol

Really nice condo, spacious and with nice facility, really good location near Universal Parks and near drug stores and cafes, great resort with pool and near a lake, seamless checkin and checkout experience. One furniture piece had some dust on it, the sofa is comfortable but a bit low

Location to epic universe and other parks

Nothing.

It was close to Epic park and was nice to have a pool And gym It wasn’t well kept up with and was dirty. Lights didn’t work and things were in poor condition . We found hairs in the bathroom area when we arrived. The bathroom vanities are ADA height on a third floor with no elevator. It was uncomfortable to use them .

The sofa is too soft

Everything!! It was very beautiful and clean. Close to the convention center and walking distance to restaurants or a minute drive to restaurants. Close to universal studios. There wasn't anything I disliked.

The location is excellent. You can walk around the lake.

Staff was great and happy to accommodate our early arrival with ease. Place was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed

Online help was very good an fixed a couple of issues quickly. Great space and facilities The Booking.com site didn't make clear that the pool was closed, the company site did, and this was an error from Booking.com/ There was an alternative 10 minutes away. Most of the facilities were good, not 5 star though. A full length mirror, a drying rack for clothes and an electric kettle would have been great.

Exceptional

Fairly close to Universal which is convenient for Halloween Horror Nights This property was posting as having a hot tub, it does not. It has an extra large standard bath tub which the property manger insisted was a hot tub. The legal definition of a hot tub is a jetted tub. She kept insisting that her unit had a hot tub without jets. There is no such thing as a hot tub without jets by legal definition. Also , the dishwasher didn’t work, the toilet in the master bedroom kept sticking and the air conditioning is locked in preprogrammed at 76 degrees which is stifling hot . We were roasting the entire stay

it was nice and peaceful easy to get to and was close to Disney universal a Walgreens was close by with in walking distance for things you may need. a gas station right across the street and lots of shopping super close by. I liked everything no complaints
