My stay on June 20th has been a disaster and need to check out at 1:30am based on hairs and bed bugs in my bed, this is disgusting. I spoke to Austin Humphrey at the front desk. I demand a full credit of my charge room plus deposit and parking on my AMEX ending in 2009. If you refuse, I will be contacting my credit card to dispute the charge
