The hotel was easy to find, staff was very helpful and was in a good area with lots to do

There was an issue with our reservation, but the desk attendant (Chad) was most helpful and made sure we were not only satisfied with the outcome, but went over and above to make sure our stay was excellent and comfortable. We requested extra towels, blanket and pillows. These were delivered quickly without question.

Your guy at the front desk, Chad has got to be the nicest guy yall have!! He was there 4 years ago when we were there and won the CWS!! He remembered me!! Always with a smile and very helpful with restaurant suggestions and other places to visit in Omaha.. he is one of the reasons we stay there.

Love staying here! Staff is great!! Parking was good and I enjoyed the hotel. It was a close walk to the Old Market area The early morning traffic was so loud but that’s what we get for staying downtown!

Location was perfect for getting around downtown for IM. My only complaint was the noise of the motorcycles and "muscle" cars. Not an issue the hotel can control, but it did make for a loud night of attempted sleep.

This hotel was very clean, staff was so helpful and kind. Parking was easy. The attached restaurant was excellent, and our waiter was wonderful!!!

We had to change our first room as the sink faucet didn't work. Otherwise all was fine.

This is a very nice hotel. Clean comfortable rooms, an informative and helpful staff. We were able to walk to many attractions in Omaha. I have no complaints.

The breakfast was very good. Love the location. I didn't like finding out when I checked in that I had to pay $25 per night to park in their parking ramp.
