The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, however, the room was unclean and appeared as if it was cleaned in a rush. There were remnants of food on the carpet, an uncleaned toilet bowl, and the shower had particulate matter floating up from it when water was turned on.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The breakfast is top of the line not to mention the happy hour drinks at the bar! The staff were all pretty friendly. The only complaint I do have is our bathroom floor didn’t look like it had been cleaned or cleaned well. We also had issues with the toilet-the chain kept breaking off which my husband fixed a few times.

Lived the staff- obviously well- trained. The hapog hour and drink coupons were a wonderful bonus. Loved the proximity to the Old Narket. Ever so convenient!

The staff was amazing! Wasn't expecting a parking fee, but understood why. Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious! The omelet bar was amazing! Friendly staff there also! The gal at the bar was super sweet!

The staff in every area was extremely nice and helpful. The suite was great. The location is very walkable. I enjoyed my stay.

Our stay, there would have been perfect, except for a traumatizing event that could have been prevented. We were given excellent service by the majority of staff, whether it was from the person cooking in our omelette, to check in, etc., but when we were given an extra two hours for late checkout, we got back only 30 minutes into the given two hours to find our room completely ransacked by housekeeping. My iPad and toiletries bag were turned in to the front desk, but our newly purchased cooler with my food, (including gourmet chocolate I had purchased evening the before) was found by my husband buried on the housekeeping cart. Chocolate was eaten. Obvious intent to keep our property. Other items of ours were thrown out that cost more than $50. It was confirmed by management that housekeeping knew of our late check out approval. In no way did it look like we accidentally left an item behind. It clearly looked like we were not prepared to check out yet (which we weren’t and we had approval for) yet housekeeping did not doublecheck with anyone before deciding to take over our room and throw out some of our things, keep some of our things, and turn in two items to the front desk. We are still upset about it. We chose Embassy Suites for its excellent reputation and location. I don’t know if I feel confident saying I would stay there or recommending it unfortunately. We do not feel their compensation really matched the breach of trust and loss we experienced.

Staff was kind but not efficient in getting things done. Asked for a crib three times and never received one. Our room was okay, the carpet was covered in dog hair and debris from the last stay as well as the bathroom floor. The shower had mold in the grout. The pool was mediocre. This hotel could use an update. The Lincoln Embassy Suites was much more updated, clean, and accommodating.

The staff seemed like they were trying to be nice about the situation, but the bridge was burned. The room I booked wasn’t available on arrival so had to downgrade. Once we entered the downgraded room we notice poop, yes fecal matter, in the bathtub. I also ordered a pack and play at 11am and never got one by 7 pm only to the be told they are out. They moved us 3 doors down into a similar room (still not the one I paid for and booked).

Beautiful hotel with a delicious breakfast and happy hour!

Bathroom was very clean. Carpet needed a good cleaning. Reception staff very helpful. Parking/ valet system will likely keep us from considering this property in the future.
