I had initially booked via Expedia for two nights for a high school class reunion. Something glitched out and the reservation made for a a week early. The hotel would not accept a cancellation from Expedia staff and I had to pay for two nights I didn't use. When I called to talk to management, they never answered the phone. We won't be using this place for the next reunion, and I cancelled my room there for the event and moved next door.

I was so impressed by this hotel and if ever in the area again, I will stay here. Very pleasant staff and the property was impeccable. Rooms were very spacious and had a kitchenette and living room area, beds were comfortable. Property was quiet. Included breakfast did the job. 10/10 recommend

The breakfast was good. Several choices of eggs and meats. My wife left her purse, Shawnea made special effort to go to the room and find it and hold it for us. We returned to get it and had car problems, she went above and beyond her duties to assist us in resolving the problem. She was very helpful in every way. Shawnea is an Exceptional person and employee for your corporation and needs to be acknowledged for her service and dedication to your organization and the customers that she serves. Access to the eggs and meat. It was in an acrylic cabinet and a little difficult to get to. But not a major problem.

Staff was great. We were 4 mins from the ice rink and all the restaurants we wanted to go to + HEB and activities. Breakfast was a little sad but okay.
