Absolutely loved my stay at the Wall Street New York! The hotel was spotless and well maintained, but what really stood out was the service. I truly exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredible and amazing, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The property has deteriorated a lot since the last time we were here. The service was not as nice and the room felt dated as well.

Told us upon check in we had a $65 room service or restaurant credit for each day of our stay. So we used it. However upon check out they said it was really a $65 credit for entire stay. Very deceptive.

Very welcoming to our whole family. Great location, easy access to subways.

Highly service oriented. They provided loaner cuff links to us and also a small freezer for the room. All staff was friendly and delivered every need. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The shower water pressure was amazing. The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent. That my stay was only 2 nights.

I was amazed. That's simply the word for it. I was in awe from the moment I got out of the uber and someone asked to take my bag (shockingly rare occurrence), to when I checked in and was asked for my bag (again!), to the lighting in the room, the heated floors on the bathrooms, coming back on the evenings to cookies, chocolates and waters, to bathrobes, bath slippers, 24/7 room service with a breakfast menu that isn't merely eggs sausage bacon, the ability to request a Dyson, a toothbrush, the stocked fridge, having more apps on the TV than Netflix, the lounge... I could go on and on but suffice it to say I left feeling I hadn't properly experienced a hotel in years and THIS is what I was missing
