The bathroom was amazing the only issue I had was that the drain stopper for the tub was missing. However they had someone come very quickly in the morning and fix the issue. The staff was great supper friendly and happy to help out or give us information about the area. I’m not sure why the hotel bar was closed on the weekends but there is a great bar just across the street from the hotel so not much of an issue. I would absolutely recommend and return to this hotel again.

Delay exterior window cleaning till afternoon to avoid waking guests in the morning bumping against the exterior windows

This hotel has become one of my favorite places to stay. Spacious rooms and excellent amenities, makes staying at the Hyatt centric very appealing and enjoyable.

Pleasantly surprised and definitely would go back.

Second stay in two months and won’t be my last. Comfortable rooms, huge shower/bathroom, cool (A/C) rooms. Very friendly and very accommodating staff. Will be back

I lived the property three times. One time was in March 2026 which was good. Other times were on May 20-23 and May 25-27. Last two bookings were disappointed. I booked 2 rooms on May 20-23 and One rom was for May 25-27. I got one room with broken air conditioner on May 29-23 booking. Top of this, my last two bookings were breakfast included deal but the property still charged me on breakfasts during my family staying there. I sent many messages to them. They answered was that we would refunded to you in couple of days but 3 weeks passed, I still haven't received any refunds. Location

Location solid. High ceilings. Large spaces. Lobby is superfluous. Would improve fridges. Two TV’s. Nice windows with seating. Wonky check-in due to third party booking not functioning, but the staff accommodated greatly and helped figure it out. Very kind and flexible on checkout. God is the greatest. (Small note: For such a nice upscale property the key card holders should be more sturdy/luxurious)

We loved our stay!! It was the perfect distance to all the different stores and sites!! The people were amazing!! We were in town for our honeymoon and they upgraded our room for free! Rooms were nice and clean! The only thing we were a little disappointed about was that we were unable to connect to any streaming services because they only had cable. Other than that. I have no complaints!!

The checking out and invoicing, there is always a problem … I book a room with breakfast included .. I have breakfast they ask me to sign a bill saying it will be reversed, not sure why, I sign the bill … next thing I know I am charged separately for breakfast, I call to fix it I get one of those stupid AI agents and we don’t get passed the name phase … I get to a person they are very helpful and then I get an invoice showing the breakfast reversed BUT credit card not charged back yet … such a stupid process that ruins what otherwise would have been a lovely experience

It’s a big, clean, quiet, basic room with no frills, no room service, no on-site store to purchase a water or soda and a single-flow air conditioner (it’s either hot or cold depending on the season, no actual temperature control). Oh, and did I mention that you get all of that for over $550 midweek? Bottom line: this is an acceptable barebones $250/night hotel in any other city that gets a premium because it’s in Wall Street. If you need to be in that spot, go for it.

The mattress is so great. It's hard enough to support my low back. I have low back pain and I never experienced so good in other hotels before. I am looking forward to staying this hotel when I go to new York again.

Convenient, very clean, free breakfast and nice staff

No mini bar, no bar on a weekend night, and when I bought my own champagne.i couldn't even get glasses. (They told me to go to a closed restaurant upstairs and find a glass They didn't really try to be a hotel. It's like checking out at a gass station.

One of the biggest rooms in Manhattan with rainfall shower and large closet. Quiet hallways. But street noise is a problem.
