Amazing customer service. Quite a compact room but for exploring the city and having somewhere clean and safe to sleep for 2, it beat expectations.

The manager was amazing and very very helpful. Clean hotel with big rooms. Great area, close enough to soho and the fun areas downtown but in great price. Stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it. Will come again Very small safes in room. Slow elevators. Need to request mini fridge for room and might not be available. Some rooms’ locks are broken (i stayed in 3 different rooms and 2 of them had broken locks), but the door locks itself and has two extra locks, and only one of the extras wasn’t working. Also the manager fixed it the next day upon request. The wall to the hallway was narrow and you could hear everybody talking in it, but no noise from the other rooms.

Close to a couple good restaurants. Didn’t take a cab too long to get to midtown. Booking.com has a lot of gall to ask for feedback. They arranged for me to be in the only room in the CELLAR—where housekeeping and maintenance are housed. The noise begins at sunup. There is NO sleep once it starts!

Location was great, the room had all the necessities including waters and snacks and even board games. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I was a bit cold at night so I wish I had an extra blanket or cover in the room.

This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing.

This hotel is located in Chinatown, near Manhattan Bridge. It is well connected to public transport (subway Grand Street and East Broadway, but also buses). The hotel is clean (with everyday room cleaning) and it has a comfortable bed. The staff is super nice and always ready to help for everything. The walls do not really isolate from sounds of the other rooms but from the fifth floor we didn't hear the street noises. We recommend this hotel for anybody who would like to visit New York. The only thing we didn't appreciate much is the moquette on the bedroom floor.
