Great spot sucks that there’s no parking but overall good hotel for what you pay

Clean room. Tv didn't work at all. Told the receptionist 2 times. None of the electrical outlets worked. Need to have that fixed. Otherwise, how can you charge your items.

The AC and shower worked good as well. There was a small microwave and fridge. It was perfect for the price in short notice I would stay here again but only for a day or two. After reading the reviews I did bring my own sheets and pillow case There was no phone in room.

Clean, alot of space, air conditioning, and television. No table but there's a table in the hall with a microwave and fridge, very convenient Only complaint was staff, not very good customer service. Had me standing and waiting, till I had to ask twice, is everything OK, finally she answered, she's waiting a response from cleaning staff for a room. So, she could've said that from the beginning, instead me just staring at her.

My room didn’t not had curtains so the guy hung a sheet after me insisting couple times. It’s sticky and dirty and the bed is not comfortable. There is nothing great about it.

Very convenient location to get the Boston bus the next day (5 min walk). Lift access to room. Room size adequate and bed comfy enough. Was fine for a one night stay as part of out our onward journey. The limited contact we had with staff at check in/out was friendly and positive. Forgot to take photos of room..but did take one out of window in morning Sockets coming out of wall so had to prop our charging adapter in with a suitcase leaning against it. Poor lighting overhead and had to unplug lamp as we needed socket to charge phone. Door had a lot of movement and didn't feel secure so we ended up tying the safety bolt as extra security. The area itself was not great, several homeless sleeping rough and some street surfers, although they didn't cause us any bother at all. Rubbish piled up high all over the street corners with a nasty aroma due to the heat. Fridge in room but not working. Shower not working as lever to change bath running to shower mode not working (and after 2 days travelling we really needed shower)so ended up having to kneel down under tap in bath to try to wash body and hair (couldn't have a bath as no plug). Was too late at night to go asking to change rooms as we had to be up 6 hours later for onward journey.

Very comfortable beds, and clean. Most important.
-
Clean room, friendly staff, good place to spend a night or two, especially for the price.

This location was decent. The only trouble I had was that my refrigerator in my room did not work. The expectation of having to pay $40 when I got there was accurate, but the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, the bed was fresh and comfy, and the TV in the room worked for streaming. The bathroom was small, but had all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning worked, no huge complaints.

Very good

They over booked and we lost our room with 2 beds we had to settle with a single bed room. They comp'd us the $15 fee which was nice. Also no toilet paper or amenities in the room needed to request these. Room had good AC, clean and a working tv. So not too bad

Good: - ac worked - low cost hotel - bar across the streets Bad: - cockroaches - turned off water workout notice - Asked for towels and paper but never got it - toilet was leaking a little

Great Location, great value, clean and comfortable. I'll be back when in NYC.
-
Good if you are on a budget
-
Pros: - Clean room for a decent price - Comfortable bed - Great Chinese food all around the hotel Cons: - Only a tiny bedside table in the room, so there is no place to put stuff aside from the floor - Lots of hallway noise late at night (bring earplugs) - Window A/C unit was loud
