Being able to order room service was convenient and my order of salmon w sweet potato mash was excellent. I wish they had some better coffee options. Location is decent, though too much of a walk to get to Broadway and The River

The beds are amazing!!!

AC wasnt working very well and it was hard to set a temperature to shower. It was cold or scalding.
-
We had issues with our faucet. However the shower was wonderful. The rooftop bat was often reserved and the staff was half helpful and half rude.
-
Lovely hotel, conveniently located for CMA fest activities. We were able to walk to all venues. One minor issue: Used washclothes were taken away by housekeeping but never replaced. Would stay again.
-
The staff was generally not very courteous or helpful, and interactions often felt like guests were inconveniencing them rather than being welcomed. The valet service was especially frustrating—extremely expensive for what was offered and poorly managed. If you’re staying here for events at Nissan Stadium, be aware that it’s a much longer walk than advertised and not particularly convenient, especially in the heat or after a late event. The gym is outdated and could use a thorough cleaning and equipment refresh. The pool area was also underwhelming and didn’t feel like much of a resort-style amenity. Overall, the hotel itself has potential, but the service, valet experience, and amenities did not justify the price.

The room was clean (housekeeping was exceptional), but the small white tea hand lotion (awesome stuff) was not replaced each day. I forgot to ask for more from the front desk before I left.

The staff were amazing. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and trendy. I prefer a bathtub, but it's not a deal breaker.

Easy walking distance to broadway and bars

Fantastic stay for 4 nights over Memorial Day Weekend. Tiffany at the front desk provided us with a very warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay.
