I was very disappointed bc the roof top pool was down for maintenance..they did not offer to reduce the price of the stay bc of this inconvenience.. the whole floor was shut down. I felt like they should of offered a reduced stay or a dinner coupon or something.

Hotel is in a great location,,,walking distance to Broadway. Parking is tricky unless you use valet, which was great for our group. The only negative is that there are not enough elevators and takes longer to get up and down to your room and other floors.

I did not like no pool. My grandson was with me. I booked this hotel based on the pool. The pool was closed, under construction. I would have appreciated being notified prior to our stay. All else was great though.

The breakfast was excellent, and complimentary beverages were provided. There were five elevators, and wait times of up to ten minutes were experienced.

Location The most boy reason we picked this hotel was for the rooftop pool and overlook and that whole floor was closed for construction

Great location for walking around Broadway area and for Bridgestone Arena concerts.

Added a $25 "resort fee" per day upon check-in, saying it would be recouped through a $25 spending voucher that was only good for food on the property -- and one restaurant was closed. Voucher use was very limited. Other than this, a great property with friendly staff and wonderful evening receptions and breakfast.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very quiet stay in spite of being on the same floor as the main dinning area. We booked this stay for the pool and the pool area has been closed for ver a week. No mention of limited access on the app.

However, I was very disappointed with the service provided by one female front desk staff member. During check-in, she handed me the room key along with a sheet of paper and simply said that all the information was written there and that I should read it myself, without giving any explanation. Even if the front desk had been busy, I could have understood, but the lobby was very quiet at the time, so her dismissive and unhelpful attitude felt quite rude. This was not a one-time incident; we were treated in the same unprofessional manner on multiple occasions. When I asked about the complimentary welcome drink advertised on the hotel website, I was only told briefly to go to the 4th floor. When we went there, we later found out it was only available during specific hours, and at that very time, the bar had not even opened yet. I wonder why she did not provide this important detail when she already knew it. We also saw a promotion on the information sheet that offered a $25 credit for using Looptop. We used Looptop that night, but during checkout we were told that the credit applied only to food and beverages. Since we had ordered martinis, it did not apply to us. Had we known this in advance, we would have ordered food instead, but no one explained it clearly to us, which was very disappointing. Later, when we mentioned this to another male staff member, he kindly addressed the issue

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The hotel was 30 stories and only 2 of the 5 elevators were working. I waited over 30 minutes one morning and ended up taking the stairs to get down. The pool was also out of commission and when I asked the receptionist if they posted that somewhere because we booked this hotel specifically for the pool because my 3 kids were coming and her response was "no, its an amenity so we arent obligated to notify our guests". She was extremely rude and didnt care at all.

The pool was closed without notification to those who paid for that important amenity.

Location was perfect and close the downtown bars Access to room service due to the room phone did not work. The sofa bed was slanted & uncomfortable
