The hotel was clean. Staff were somewhat helpful. Pool was very cold. Bathtub has tall sides and bathroom was on the small size.

I was traveling to Nashville for a special event and The Grand Ole Opry. This hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Being a solo female traveler, I requested an interior room to feel safer, and they followed through. Everyone was so sweet at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. This is such a charming hotel, I will definitely be back!

staff were very helpful when we had questions

We stayed last weekend for husband’s birthday. We are very familiar with the area, Music Valley and Gaylord Opry Hotel, which is just across the street. We wanted a nice hotel close enough to walk to and from The Nashville Palace for Line Dancing lessons. That was fun too. You might want to check it out.

The hotel was perfectly located by Opry and enjoyed the restaurant and bar in the hotel, as well as surrounding places to eat. Walking distance to the Gaylord. The pool area and sitting area were nice, but the bar was not open by the pool. The room was a bit dark. It needs more light. It was an interior room, but besides that it was nice just an older hotel, but clean and nice.

The hotel and staff were amazing. I loved the restaurant.

-
Clean room and updated each day with bed made and clean towels. Beds were comfy.
-
the pool was cloudy and dirty looking not to mention freezing cold. The rooms were outdated looking and the carpet was dirty. the shower didn't look very clean and there were roaches outside of the door of our room and I was terrified there were some inside of our room but didn't end up finding any thank god

It was just “ok”, nothing great but surely location was perfect

Great
-
curtains inadequate to block lights at night in spite of a policy, asking guests to be quiet after 9 PM because there was an atrium. It was noisy in our room well after midnight. I have plenty more, but I exceeded the maximum input why do you have it?

We stayed 4 days. The location is great, but the hotel is pretty dated. I also didn’t like that house keeping never came. No fresh towels, the small garbage can was overflowing. There was an extra bag in the bottom, but I had to throw it away myself. I had to track down a maid to get extra coffee for each day. I guess for $230 per night, I expected more.

The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The older hotel had been updated and looks nice. The complimentary shuttle to opryland resort, mall, and venue is an added value though with a car you can drive to the resort or mall and park with the venue extremely close by the mall. I did feel it was overpriced but seems to be competitive with the area.

Not much! People were polite. Poor conditions of bathroom. The bedroom was very close to high speed road, near a set of traffic lights resulting in a constant unpleasant noise throughout of day and night!, so difficult to sleep.
-
nice place. rooms must of been redone yesterday, mostly new. Small shower/toilet area but otherwise lots of room!
-
Street traffic noise

Bathroom was very small
