Handy for an overnight stay or even a few days

Convenient!

Advertised a pool and there was not one at all... Breakfast was not good either... Was not worth the money I paid to be there. The upside is you can walk to some local bars, other than that it could have been better

The customer service is pretty good and they take care of business in a timely manner The smells in some of the rooms I’ve stayed isn’t pleasant and sometimes room service comes around 8 and I’m still trying to get rest.

The staff There wasn’t a pool like advertised, it was dirty, there was people being very aloud above us we couldn’t sleep

No pool grandkids were disappointed by that. Had to ask for towels. No room service, 1 lady kept breakfast stocked the rest could care less. Is what it is

Close to shopping and Grand Olde Opery. Place was going under renovations and was loud. Also had no COFFEE!

I pre ordered a room and asked for a king non smoking, when I arrived it was two double beds with burns in tye sheets and smelled like smoke. The smoke detector in tthe drawer and not the wall was it, said they would refund me but wasxa lie. Staff was totally not helpful or even knew where the pool was. .

NO POOL Pictures LIE! No room service. The lady that works lobby is awesome she cleans breakfast area, she stocks it and goes out of her way to accommodate you the others could care less. We asked for fridge to be be fixed from day 1 never happened.

They need to go in and do a deep cleaning. Didn’t try the breakfast. The staff are helpful. Didn’t complain to them. Probably would not stay there again.

Absolutely disgusting. I didn’t have a ceiling in my bathroom. There was literally poop on my sheets !

Room smelled of cigaretts

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The curtains were ripped, the room stank, the comforters had cigarette burns, the pillow cases had stains on them, the door looked like it had been kicked in. Very bad vibe, I ended up staying someplace else. The front workers were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
