Beds and shower were great! Only problem is housekeeping needed a little more attention.

Upon departure I found a drunk guy sleeping in the elevator. He had gone to the bathroom all over himself. I notified the staff.

Staff was helpful and professional. We got in at midnight and they were great!

We arrived after midnight to check in because of a late flight. They gave us a room with one bed, rather than the two beds we had reserved, and I had arrived with my two teenage sons! They told me they could just cancel my reservation if I wasn’t happy about the room. It was after midnight! When asked for blankets to create a bed on the floor, the front desk guy took 10 minutes before I walked into the laundry facility and found him just sitting on the floor doing nothing. Completely inappropriate and rude. I would NOT recommend!

Easy and fast check in. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options were great. There was a good variety. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Slept great.

They have a waffle maker at the breakfast.

The carpets on the 4th floor should probably be replaced. They had massive dark green spots that we thought were blood at first that made the floor smell of mildew. My hotel room the bed was made up but some of the surfaces were not wiped down. Mirrors were dirty, tables were dirty. Which was kinda disheartening because it is a beautiful place. The main lobby was clean and smelled really nice. And it was great to have complementary waters!

Clean rooms, complimentary cold water bottles, tidy up towels and garbage daily, kept lobby clean. No pool

The air didn’t work it was so hot in there

Clean property. Perfect for a short stay for travel. The long term parking is third party and a pain in the behind to set up.

Smelled like they had water damage recently. Huge stains on the floor on the hallway. Bugs in the light fixtures. Just average. Nothing to write home about.
