Hyatt House Nashville Airport

We booked a room for four (King bed + sofa bed) for a one-night stay. The room itself was clean, but the trouble started when we went to get sheets and pillows for the sofa bed. The front desk and the manager both told us they were 'sold out' of pillows. When my husband pointed out that basic bedding for the room's capacity should be guaranteed, the manager became defensive and called my husband 'rude.' Asking for the basic amenities you paid for isn't rude, it's STANDARD . The lack of preparation and the manager's terrible attitude ruined the stay. We will not be returning back to this location anytime.

The room was clean and spacious. There is paid parking and there are a few charging stations/spots for electric cars. Overall stay was good.

Everything was just great!

We stayed twice with layovers in between Michigan and Florida and both nights were great. The breakfast and pool were great

Computers down early in day so a bit of a issue with getting us into the correct room, but resolved quickly.

Clean, great location to stay when flying out from BNA. Convenient extended parking for when you need to leave your vehicle for a trip along with shuttle service to take you to the airport.

Clean, good location, fairly priced. Noise level late at night was unbearable. The hotel staff needs to take control of ensuring quiet hours are enforced.

Overall it was great

A couple of things to note... the property has converted to a park and fly facility, and now does charge approximately $13/night to its guests. Not a big deal... but something to be aware of. I've stayed at other park and flys before, and sometimes had trouble finding a spot after a long day of being downtown... but fortunately, did not experience this at Hyatt House. One "issue" that we did encounter, however... was the fact that we were booked for a double-Queen studio suite, but were assigned a single King with a sleeper sofa. After talking with a very polite desk attendant, we were "stuck" with the room... because they had a large booking at the time, because of CMA Fest. Of which, I already knew about and was attending myself... hence the reason I booked my stay almost a YEAR in advance. The explanation was due to me using a third-party booking, although I can guarantee that most people do the same. Because Hotels.com "isn't aware" of the property's inventory... my selected room choice could not be guaranteed. With this, I disagree... and feel that it is the property's responsibility to take all reservations in order of booking, and assign remaining rooms to those of later timing. Never experiencing this before, we made the most of it. Long-time app user...

Every employee we dealt with was very kind and so helpful! The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The only disappointment was the paid parking in an open lot.

I understand hotel lobby food is marked up and $8 for a 50 cent burrito not unheard of. It comes off as dishonest when the item without a price is the one with a 1500% markup. Communicate your prices
