The hotel was really nice, great pool, great service, great space in the rooms, we ask for connecting rooms and it was like having a suite for my family. We really recommend this hotel

The time that I stayed it seemed everything was out of order, ice machine, elevator, no ice bucket in the room, no mini fridge in the room, no towels for the pool, etc. The a/c unit in the room was very loud as well as the one by the pool. You have to reserve the roof top if you want to eat dinner. The hotel was clean but is need of some major updates.

Experienced a fall in shower due to no cold water , Front desk worker hung up on me and didn't even come address issue. I had to call EMS to my room. Front desk was awful EMS had to go down to get document No towels in room, Front desk clerk said I had to go down and get them was very rude and hung up on me even after accident I had in shower.

Nice size room and clean upon arrival. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room sound was quiet and seemingly soundproof. Would recommend. No microwave or refrigerator for a Junior Suite; expected the room to be made up the next day; however, it wasn't. Light flickering in the bathroom.

Elevator was out of service and hard to get from the parking garage to the lobby, once i figured it out and made it inside the guy at the front desk was rude with a smart ass mouth instead actually being helpful about the elevator situation.

Location Rooms where dirty and sheets not changed. Every ice machine on every floor is broken. One elevator has been broken for months. Restaurant closed all the time.

Parking was a pain, 5th floor parking garage with broken elevators. Everything was pretty run down and leaving my vehicles there felt unsafe.

Breakfast wasn’t as advertised by pictures but it was good. Ordered the breakfast burrito! If you just need a place to rest your head then book here but don’t expect any basic hotel accommodations. Stayed here for 3 nights totaling $300 and would not stay again. I requested a fridge each day of my stay for medical needs and there was no urgency to help locate one. Room balcony was covered in cigarette butts (I don’t smoke), pool area, and elevators were dirty and extremely wore down. Staff was not welcoming in any way and I was scolded by an employee for requesting a late check which I had to pay for. I received a notification from American Airlines that my flight was delayed so I used the app to select a 2pm check out. I received a call shortly after stating that I need to make these type of request in advance and that next time it wouldn’t be allowed. Crazy response to get on an accommodation that cost me extra money you’d think this is something free. I also requested room service and only received it once. I was asked on the phone when I would like the service and I told them as soon as possible since it had already went two days without it and to my surprise still no urgency. Will definitely be keeping my money with Marriott brands!
