En la habitación el baño y el piso estaba lleno de bichos parece garrapata y en la cama habían más de d6 bichis igual y me cambiaron de habitación y les mostré el video ,primera vez que me pasa eso en un hotel en más de 16 años en este país

We liked the location. The price was great for the room that you got. We enjoyed it having a full kitchen. That’s always needed for us. We extended our stay. They were kind and helpful about it. It’s a good place to stay for the money. I wish that they would update their TV system so that you could stream channels like Hulu or Netflix. It just sometimes helps to pass the time that way.

* Super friendly & personable staff. The evening ( 3 to 11) lady even remembered our names & why we were there from out of town. She made a point to ask how our hospitalized family member was. Also Tayra on the day shift. Beautiful helpful wonderful ladies! The view.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was exactly what we needed. We will absolutely be staying here again. Only not being able to stream Netflix or Hulu on the tv. It does need to update that.

The hostess at the front desk deserves a big raise and a big bonus. She was SUPER! Tangilina (Sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) We feel that we spent the night in the home of a friend!

Place is clean and well kept. Front desk staff is courteous and helpful. Plenty of options to eat nearby and for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Well when I tried to take a shower I never got any hot water so it made for a chilly shower. And I had to turn the refrigerator off because it was making a heck of a racket. I informed the front desk at checkout and they were very receptive to my observations. I will say that this is the first time I've ever had an issue during my stay. So I will be staying there again during my next trip.
