We enjoy to stay there.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was disappointing. The place appeared very outdated and poorly maintained. Several areas looked neglected, and the overall condition did not meet our expectations.

The suite was very spacious. Room was clean. I felt it was decent price and if you aren’t looking for fancy or good breakfast it does the job. Good location, easy to park Food was okay. Staff was usually on their phones at the desk and you had to get their attention. Bed was terrible.

The room was dirty - trash left behind, used soap on counter, food left in fridge, ant swarms on nightstand, dirt on floor. Poor customer service - no manager on site on the weekend. No offer to refund for poor room. Emailed manager to discuss stay and refund - email unanswered.

Our room smelled terrible. The air-conditioning struggled to cool. Hotel looked old and rundown. It was serviceable, but not nice

I am very cold natured so I always take the bed furthest from the AC vents but it was pretty uncomfortable.

Place is great overall ! Needs more parking, a/c in hallways and A/C in rooms need to be fixed doesn’t get cold just room temperature!

1. We called and confirmed they could handle it when we booked months ago. 2. We called to confirm again a week before arrival. 3. We confirmed a third time at check-in the night before. 4. We confirmed a fourth time at the front desk after breakfast on the morning of our cruise, and they assured us the proper shuttle was coming. Not only did the shuttle show up late, but they flat-out refused to transport us. The reason? "Insurance requirements." If this was a policy, why were we lied to multiple times over the span of several months? When we asked to speak to the manager, all we got was a hollow "I'm sorry." He told us they had no recourse but to deny us access, leaving us completely stranded as it grew later and closer to our boarding time. We had to scramble and arrange our own private transportation last minute, which cost us an unexpected $100 out of pocket. While the room was just okay and the breakfast was nice, the blatant dishonesty and absolute lack of customer care on a high-stakes travel day ruined the experience. Do not rely on this hotel if you have any specific accessibility needs. They will promise you the world and leave you on the curb.

Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. Shower was gross—didn’t look like it had been cleaned cleaned.

Location is amazing

I have stayed here several times. The staff have always been helpful. The room has always been clean. I will stay there again.
