DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay

Staying at the property with the construction was very inconvenient to say the least. The gentleman checking us in was great but the room we were out in for the money was terrible. I think it was the last type of room that we purchased which was a two double bed room with pull out bed. It must’ve been under or right next to pool because the room wreaked of strong chlorine. It was terrible.

Great views and location. Room was very nice; however, the rest of the property was not well maintained.

My stay was nothing but amazing I wish I could live there in that same room !!!!! You guys rock ❤️❤️❤️

Wasn't clean properly seems like there's some construction going on was it worth the money checked in with the receptionist had a attitude All of it and the bed had hair on it pitiful

Room could have been cleaned better. Did not sit in chair in room under the cushion was filthy it was hot when entered the room a/c wasn't working keep going in and out. The walk to the room was long then had to go up stairs with luggage.

The warm welcome cookies IT IS TIME TO REPLACE THE MATTRESSES!!!!! incredibly uncomfortable. Definitely not worth more than $300 for one night!

I loved the customer service and the chocolate chips cookies the valet parrkers were professional and the older gentlemen that helped pack our van with swiftness. N/a

The size of the room Not being able to park myself and being required to use valet and no drink or ice machines.Had to buy drinks first stores inside the motel at nearly $5 for a can of soda

Hotel room was clean but the hotel its self was decent looking. It was hard to find everything. Extremely difficult to find hotel room. A lot of construction work going on. Had to travel to several different elevators to go to room and leave hotel.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you're planning on taking a cruise. The shops at the bottom of the building are cool, in fact there is an Asian restaurant that was SO DELICIOUS. The room was clean, wasn't in perfect condition though. But the TV had a cool streaming service option and decent free wifi. Would recommend my fellow cruisers to stay here!

Very clean and nice staff location is 10/10 family friendly if traveling with young kids
