Love the place

Everything about the hotel was great! Rooms were clean, spa was nice, happy hour bingo was a blast. Will definitely return one day!

As always an amazing stay. Sometimes a bit confusing in the info you get. For instance the complimentary bike-keys had to be returned at a certain time. We did not know and nobody told us. My suggestion is to not give the guests the feeling they did something wrong(for a few staff members…not all). Lets say that the deliverance of a message can really make a difference. The manager was amazing! But would return a 1000%… Thanks for another amazing stay!

The biggest downside is the location. It's not in a terrible spot, but it is a mile from the beach and about 1.5 miles from Ocean drive, at least according to my Fitbit. To go do anything, you will have a decent walk away or have to use a car.

As a hotel it is amazing, great amenities, amazing rooms, amazing location. The price is unreal. Really love this hotel. But unfortunately the staff on this occasion not only were unhelpful. But down right rude. It left a very sour taste in our mouths and really made us question going back.

Good vibes

This hotel is very special. The people are kind and go out of their way to please you. They make you feel at home. They help you check in earlier than the official time if they can. The bar is lovely as are the amenities.

The staff not helpful no PARKING you have to park 25 minutes walk away from the resort i will never never recommend to anyone.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and responsive, even allowing me to check in as early as 10:00 a.m. after my long flight. The lobby service was excellent, and I really appreciated the extra hour granted for checkout to make my departure smoother.

I completely understand that sometimes late check-outs are not possible due to availability, but it was the tone and attitude that were disappointing. Because of this experience, I would not stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone I know.

I love the ambience! The staff, especially Yari, is amazing! The area is under construction and it’s becoming hard to even walk around.
