very clean, staff was very nice, lots of places to walk to and eat at nearby, 15-20 min walk to the beach (it’s a straight shot), the smart room features were very cool but the room was a little warm and wouldn’t cool down when we tried to turn it down on the ipad, it wasn’t crazy hot but not crisp and cool like i’d prefer when i sleep lol overall 10/10 stay!

There is Art everywhere. The rooms are very special. Everything is controlled by an iPad near your bed from your TV ( your name is printed on the TV screen to welcome you ) your lights and everything is very modern. You will enjoy it

Great location, just steps from the beach! Tons of food options nearby too — everything from Dunkin' and McDonald's to local taco spots, so you're never short on choices. The room is on the smaller side, but it matched the pictures exactly, no surprises. Perfect for a solo trip and I'd definitely stay here again.

artsy hotel & cozy rooms! staff on standby & very clean. love the decor super cute aesthetics. rooftop pool not freezing great vibes! only slight issue is the room never got cold like i wanted but i’ll attribute that to the miami heat. will definitely return❤️ also had a eastward facing room, you get to choose!

Greatness

The room was clean and cozy. The hallways, elevators, lobby, and other amenities, such as the living room and pool, were clean and cozy as well. Staff was friendly and nice. Be aware that it is a digital check-in process where you sign in through iPads. If you check in outside of the check-in window, staff will have to help you out. If you have any technical difficulties, they will help with that as well. Other than that, it is a pretty smooth experience checking in and staying there. There is no on-site parking, so you have to park across the street and pay about anywhere from $35 to $55 a day for parking.

I booked CitizenM through Expedia for a 3-day solo trip. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, and I didn't arrive until the day after my scheduled check-in. Despite numerous messages and calls to the hotel and Expedia, my reservation was canceled upon arrival. Of course, this wasn't the hotel's fault. The staff suggested to me to make another reservation on-site and then request a refund for the original one later. That's what I did. Aside from this incident, everything went well. The hotel is incredible, even more beautiful in person than in the pictures, clean, and the staff is welcoming and ready to help. For me, it was a 10/10, and I will definitely return with pleasure.

Note there is road construction in front of and around the hotel. Doesn’t create much noise but causes come confusion with Uber pickups!
